One of Twitter's trending topics right now is RIP Jackie Chan. He's just died from a heart attack, or so a few Twitter accounts are claiming. So what's the truth?
In times like this, I go straight to Google News, type in the "dead" celebrity's name and hit "Past hour". Sure, if a celebrity's just died then a lot of major news sources won't have typed up their article yet, but you can be sure there'll be a short breaking news piece from most of the major players. For Jackie Chan, the most recent piece of news is from one hour ago, and it's talking about how Jackie Chan attended a charity event for Japan. I think it's safe to say that the man is alive and kicking.
In other news, one of the sites I follow just posted up a new article: Will you qualify for surveys? It's quite comprehensive, so if you're into free paid surveys or that kind of thing, it's worth checking out. Meanwhile, I'm going to go and watch a Jackie "Still Alive" Chan movie. :)
