Cosmetic Surgery Costs is a pretty useful little resource. The source is dated from 2009, so maybe the information is a little out-dated (although I don't know, it might not be), but it's an interesting read all the same. I don't know about you, but when I saw the title the first question that came to mind was "which procedure costs the most?"
So I had a look. Non-surgically the most expensive procedure is ablative laser skin resurfacing. But I was more interested in the actual surgical stuff. The most expensive procedure there is easily a lower body lift, which I guess makes sense as that's a lot of work. The second most expensive is actually a facelift, which surprised me but I guess working on the face requires a lot more finesse.
