How to Tell if a Free Paid Survey Site is Reliable gave me a handy tip today: the Better Business Bureau apparently records complaints against companies and grades them. I instantly hopped over to the BBB site and started looking for the companies people complain about the most (just for curiosity's sake!). Apparently in 2009 the businesses that received the most complaints were cell phone businesses, followed by television businesses and then auto car dealers (and nobody was surprised).
Anyone want to compare the number of complaints Apple got versus Microsoft?
